msi 7207 k8ngm2-nbp can NOT enable dual monitors using a TV, CRT, and PCI-E graphics

  1. hi all. i have an nforce 4 6150 msi 7207 k8ngm2-nbp mobo with an HIS ATI x1600XT pci-e card. I can not enable dual monitors using s-video for the TV and regular vga hookup for the monitor. I read on msi's website that the 6150 IGP chipset does not support this, however shouldn't the pci-e card let me do this? i have never gotten it to work, maybe the mobo just plain does not support it. any suggestions or experiences from anyone else? thanks.
