My wife has a new PC running with win XP. The problem is when she logs onto hotmail the printing is so small you have to squint to read her mail. Tried using the text size button but it will not increase the size at all. This only happens with msn hotmail, you can increase the size at yahoo.Thanks.

What browser are you using to print from Hotmail??

And have you tried print preview? Do things appear fine there? Or do they appear as they should?

And is this XP Home or Professional??

A few more details would help us here.

It is not when I print that there is a problem. When I open Hotmail the font is very tiny. I am using a xp home cp. with internet explorer. When I forward anything from hotmail it is very small and it all clumps together making it difficult to read. I don't know much about computers but I hope this helps. Thanks for any help you can give me.
