How can I get that driver? I cannot hear any sound on my computer.

I had this problem as well after doing updates and uninstalling some prgorams.

To fix it (assuming your using media player), go to sound devices menu, and instead of selecting your sound card, select default. This worked for me, however I have onboard (disabled) and a pci sound card so it may not work for you.

No that's not it. I need a new driver for my multimedia Audio Controller I think. I don't know what to do!!!

Is the link to gateways support page. If you type in your serial number which was 0027237288 it leads you to a page with all of your drivers.
