Multiple OS options at boot, 1 partition

Running 2 HD's, but one is just a slave.
I had a problem when reformatting and had to start over.
I've since reformatted and am still getting the option to choose out of 3 "Windows XP Pro" options as the computer starts up.
There are no other "Windows" folders in the C:.
And I have deleted previously existing partitions in both HD's.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
Seems I can only find on how to create partitions and run Multiple OS's rather than fixing that.

The boot menu is defined in the boot.ini file. Use msconfig or any text editor to remove the unneeded OS entries. Mind you, if you do it wrong, your system may become unbootable :)
