Multiplier changing in cpuz

Cpuz keeps showing my multiplier changing to 6 and back to 8 again. Anyone know how I can fix this?
 
It's probably Intel SpeedStep doing what it's supposed to. Why do you want to deactivate it ?
 
Its playing with my ram, I have my ram overclocked to 2000 and the changing multiplier is playin with the stability i believe.
