    When you attempt to install & run the game are you doing so from within your administrator or a user account? According to the error you posted it looks like Rise of nations is saying that you need admin privileges in order to run the game? When do you first receive the error message? e.g. starting a new game or just launching the game?

    Is there another person who uses your computer? An admin is a computer administrator, who maintains the computer. If you are the only person using this computer, you should have an administrator account (by default).;
