I have an issue with my computer. when I was browsing a particular site I downloaded a doc and after that there have been many JavaScript files created and running at every start up. (By the way,the antivirus escan ISS did give me a warning but before I could act on it the malware sneaked into(I guess) my computer . I have deleted the script files and prevented them from running at next start up through msconfig utility . Now the issue is that my control panel is missing from Start Orb and also when I right click to see the proprieties of "My computer" and "My Network places" it gives a mesage that "This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer-please contact system administrator". The admin user id is not found (there was no password for this id as only I was using it). I am unable to create any new user profiles and delete the affected usr profile. Is it possible to recover my PC?
I ran anti virus, antimalware and dds as suggeted in the link

Read all of my instructions very carefully. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer.
If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.
Please refrain from running any tools, fixes or applying any changes to your computer other than those I suggest.
Never run more than one scan at a time.
Keep updating me regarding your computer behavior, good, or bad.
The cleaning process, once started, has to be completed. Even if your computer appears to act better, it may still be infected. Once the computer is totally clean, I'll certainly let you know.
