My ATI Video card aint working need help

Some one please help my friend,

So i got new Videocard by ATI ( 2 moths old)

I start the comp but nothing aint showing up, absoulutley nothing,
It eaven seems that i cant eaven get power

So i think now i have 2 problems, can some one help

In order to help, we need some more info from you, including your system specs.

Are there any lights (LED) lit up on the motherboard? When you hit the power button, are any fans spinning? Nothing going to monitor?

Did the board have onboard graphics, and if so, did you disable them in your bios?

How many watts is your power supply (and what company made it)?
