  1. Okay so my computer fan is very loud when idling and I don't know what to do. I have reseted my computer and everything but nothing won't work. Is that rpm and stuff normal? I don't know anything about these things. And one question, is it normal to have 45% memory usage when idling?? Please somebody answer I hate this loud noise.

Take the computer to a friend that knows how to troubleshoot computer problems or a repair shop, because in this case you are going to have to change a part
