My computer only connects with ethernet

My computer was cleaning out some files it found to be of no use. While it was uninstalling them I lost internet connection and it said I needed ethernet. My ipod connects as well as every other device in my house. I uninstalled with a program that came with my computer and need help.

Check the Device Manager and tell us if you see any yellow (!)
