I have two computers......one is an old pentium 533 with 128mg's of ram and Windows 98....I don't do alot with either of these computer....internet, word processing....some photo. But I also have a pentium 1.4ghz with 512mg's of ram and Windows 2000. I know Windows 98 very well and the older computer runs great, I know how to allocate my memory very well, but with the other....in Windows 2000 it has aplications & processes....and it seems some of the processes just keep gobbling memory...and if I try to stop it...Windows 2000 say "it's vital" and will not end it. How do I find where all my memory is going?
:giddy:

On both PCs, press ctrl-alt-del and look at the Processes.
In W2K you can sort them up or down by clicking on the title above the columns.
