My Desktop REFORMES HELP!!!

Ok my niece was just foolin around with my PC and I thought nothing about it. I come back to my PC and see this. How do I get it back to regular where my icons are shown.

ps: The windows vista background is obviously is pasted to wallpaper lol.

oops nevermind i found it i just had to right click and clikc Show Desktop Icons. WOW but atleast i learned something
