My drive don't open

hi, i have problem in my computer , when i click open (single,double) on partation the massage (do you want to format drive )

for example:

is it a new drive or did you have it working before?
is it a internal or usb storage device? hdd or other media?
did you do something before this happened?

Did this drive have information on it before? Or have you never put anything on it before? If you have never used that partition (or drive) before then it needs to be formatted first before any information can be saved to it. Continue with the formating promt if you want to format the drive. If you did have data stored on the drive before and it was working do NOT format, this will casue you to loose all data you might still have on the disk.

thank you for your notice, in fact my drive have alot of important data and it's internal drive and i didn't do any thing before this happend, do you think that is a virus!!
