My Games Freeze?

Every 5 seconds all of my games freeze while i'm playing them they work fine for 5 minutes then it freezes for 1 second every 5 seconds I uninstalled everything i thought that could be the problem and i took everything off of the start up. This happens on counter strike: source, gunz, call of duty 4, team fortress all of my games.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling DirectX?

This is the usual cause of problems like these. With it being a system component you can uninstall but download it from HERE and reinstall.
