My GPU clocks are lower than others

  1. I have R7 260X 2GB OC from MSI and the card is old maybe 3 months or so. Now everything is fine with it but I noticed that my Mem. clock speed on GPU-Z is 1250MHz and core clock is 1050MHz while everywhere on the internet I see Mem. clock 1650Mhz and core clock 1150MHz. Just google it and you'll see that every 260x has higher clocks than mine. Since it's OC it should be even higher than stock what's up with this?

Have you tried getting something like GPU Tweak( Or using AMD overdrive to overclock it back to stock speeds. A reason that the GPU's "stock" speed is lower than others is because you CANNOT make a exact clone of a GPU/CPU from silicon there are a few variables that come in to play. And the card may underclock its self so that its "safe".
    Hope this helps.
