My Hijack This log - long time hacked?

Hey,
This is my first post so please bear with me BUT I believe somethings are wrong with my pc - Since december, hotmail accounts have been jeopardised on this computer and boot times are shameful.

Recently Something somewhere has been put on here making sure an error message appears upon login to myspace - my login details are correct, as I can access myspace from other computers.

Cookies have been deleted, programs re-installed, I've personally checked my registry rather linearililiy :S but I'm hoping you could give me a hand,

I really appreciate this by the way,

Whilst doing the virus/mal/[insertware here]ware scan in the I.E page, one of them wasn't able to be removed.

Post a fresh HJT log, after you`ve done that.
