My hijack this log

    at boot up I get a message that says "McAfee ActiveShield has found a suspect file on your computer. McAfee strongly recommends that you can your computer now" but when I scan it finds nothing. here is my hijack this logfile, any help would be great.

    Please read this thread. Then post a fresh HijackThis log and an AVG Antivirus log as attachments into this thread.
