My HJT Log - Google Syndication Problem

I keep getting redirected to a page with Google Syndication links, which from what I've read, are malicious.

I've tried a few things to clean up my system, but nothing has worked. Could someone please take a look at my log file and tell me what to do. I truly appreciate any kind of help, thank you.

the first thing you need to do is follow all the instructions in this link and repost all the logs that it asks for.
