You have not renamed hijackthis.exe, it is very important that you reread the instructions and ensure that it is renamed as some spyware is able to detect and hide from hijackthis.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
