My new PC restart from time to time

I build a new PC with the following spec:
- MoBo IP 35 Pro
- Processor Intel 6850
- Western Digital HD 500GB
- 2GB Memory RAM
- Video XForce 8600GT
- Antec Sonata III case and Power supply
- WinXP Pro Service Pack II

From time to time I got a minidump and the PC Restart itself.
I had the update, hopefully, all the drivers.
Here is the Error. Is there anybody can help me.

No, not at all. Whatever the BIOS read and setup the CPU, I leave as is.
I did install all the CPU and video drivers.
So, can someone help me please.

there are cases when u download the latest video driver the pc restarts...try installing the original video driver and wait on it if it restarts again...in my case downloading the updated video driver causes the pc to restart

if it still the same...well for me i will reinstall the OS
hope it works :)
