My PC crashes while playing games

My PC crashes while playing games ... i.e. Call of Duty, WarCraft III, Splinter Cell ... etc.

System Specs:

ASUS P4P800SE (default settings except DRAM set to 266 MHz)
No OC
P4 2.8GHz, 533 FSB
1GB DDR 400
PNY GeForce FX 5200 Ultra (ForceWare 66.93)
XBLADE Case, 400W PSU with +12V - 17A
(2) 80mm intake + 120mm Exhaust fan
WinXP Pro
Latest Drivers and BIOS
DirectX 9.0c

Any suggestions on what could be causing this and how to correct it?

Solved the Problem

I replaced the PNY GeForce FX 5200 Ultra with an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128MB) and it solved the problem of my screen freezing up when playing games.

While playing Doom III, my UPS died. I checked and it was only rated at 10A and 170W.

I'll be upgrading my UPS tomorrow.
