My PC Hangs at shutdown

    Everytime I try to shutdown it just sits there for like 3-4 minutes before it actually shuts down. But I know it has to do with my USB Logitech Elite keyboard. Because as soon as I removed it from my usb port and attached an adapter to it so that I can plug it in my ps2 port my PC never stalled anymore.

    I know theres a settings that will fix this problem, but I just can't remember what it is.

    I am running WinXP SP1.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
