Well it got a little better,but sometimes is geting so slow and laggy..

I play warthunder and I get 10 fps on the lowest settings when I should get at least 30,and while playing I get 3 fps and like the computer frezzes about 10 min it is slow like hell.and than it gets normal.also when I search the browser it gets really slow.
