    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together, and attach them here.

    Regards Howard

Something that is interesting... In your third minidump references ndisrd.sys, which is a file created by the Bagz virus.

Try booting into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key a split second before the Windows logo appears. Can you load Safe Mode?

This virus could be the culprit or just a coincidental secondary problem.

AVG (http://free.grisoft.com) is an excellent freeware virus scanner that has an incredibly high detection rate.

As with any scanner, get the latest definitions too.
