My Sims 3 problem

Hello, I recently ordered a download from the website (don't remember but it was a good deal) it was sims 3. When i burn the ISO to my disc it burns, then when i install it I get crc problem in the middle of the install. When it said Contact your software vendor, how can i contact him in Hong Kong, Verizon , were i live doesnt allow long distance, I paid HK$ 542.5905 ( US Dollars : 69.99 )

Sims 3 isn't released quite yet (June 2, 2009). It seems you got a pirated copy so you're on your own.
