hi. i really need help. in november i was downloading some music. when i was trying to save it to my playlist a message came up that i needed to download itunes. my computer and sound was working fine until i downloaded the itunes. now i have no sound whatsoever. i have uninstalled itunes and still no sound. i have tried everything. can someone help me please?
