Inactive Nasty virus that turns off firewall and antivirus

Hi newby here in need of some help, I've somehow eneded up with a virus that turns off my firewall and avg antivirus software.. everything else still works on my computer apart from this, but if I try to run any type of malware removal or my zone alarm firewall it just doesn't work, I downloaded and ran Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 which found two torjans and removed them (took like 2 hours to scan) but after I removed them nothing changed, it also doesn't show up in sercurity task manager.. I don't know what else to do

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
