Nearly constant BSODs. Windows Explorer crashing

Put new crucial ram sticks in, had windows installation disc in a drive and booted from it, gets past "loading windows files" screen then immediately bsods show up. First was a 0x0000000A then came a 0x000000c5. Idk what to do any more.

Also if I dont press a button to boot from the cd drive it just gives me a message saying BOOTMGR is missing.
