Need a carrying case for my laptop

Anyone have any suggestions on a good carrying case? My pooter is a 17" widescreen. I want one that will give me good protection.

Any particular companies you'd recommend or NOT recommend?

I love my Targus case, but I would never use them for anything else.

No I don't have it yet. I just might die before it arrives. I am just too excited about it arriving and it is driving me nuts.

Cooling matt? I am a NEWB when it comes to notebooks. I can take a guess at what that is, but you have any cool links for me?

How did you know Howard? The Eggzack model I was thinking of. So let me refrase that last thing I would only use Targus, for good cases and cooling mats.

Also, a must have almost as much needed as the power cord. A MOUSE!!!

Thanks for the advice. I got myself a nice (huge) targus case. Now all I need is a computer to put in it. It'll be here on the 11th at the earliest. :hotbounce
