Need a cooler for 6800 Ultra.

I just got an older Ultra with the end bracket thats twice the normal height, like 2 brackets attached, and that blocks off the air duct for the NV Silencer. Is there another make? The fan cools the card fine but it sounds like Barbies blow dryer.

Well there is this BFG nvidia graphic card cooler at CompUSA. http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=308930&pfp=BROWSE go here and see if that helps. If you are doing serious overclocking though then i suggest you find a more effective one.
