I just bought this motherboard and am going to Intsall it in my computer....just want to know is it compatible with my hard drive CD drive ect...?

Everything looks fine. You should do a clean install of Windows though. The old mobo drivers on the hard drive will cause problems and usually will keep Windows from loading.
