Im looking for one that can support my p4 2.4 HT, its to go in a new system Im building.
Also it needs to support SATA and dual DDR.

Here's one option that you might consider, the Abit AI7 Springdale board. It seems to be fast and stable, and another big plus, user friendly. It also has a higher vCore if OC'ing is your thing...

    Here's a review,

TweakTown and it should fit your price range...

    Good luck....

Abit boards are some of the most reliable boards I have ever used.

    Thanks,

I can get the Abit A17 for £83 , but I can also get the Abit IC7 'canterwood' board for £91.

Would the IC7 be worth the £8 extra?

the ai7 is a revised is7. it comes with GAT, which is a abit reincarnation of the i875's PAT. in tests, the is7 out performs even the asus p4c800 in some tests. so i think the ai7 is your best buy. unless you need gigabit ethernet then the extra $8 is money well spent
