Need a new APG 4x video card!! What to get?

Hi, My GeForce FX 5500 just isn't cutting it with 10 fps in World of Warcraft and my computer is like 5 years old and only has a AGP 4x/2x and 4 PCI slots. From what I know I think a AGP 4x graphics card is better then a PCI card. Also my computer only has a 250 Watt PSU.

What I would like to know is what is the best graphics card that i can get for around 100-150 dollars. Thanks.

I was looking at some graphic cards on neweeg.com and can a AGP 8x/4x card work with my computer?

out of those what would be the best one? and would most graphics cards work on my computer with only a 250 watt psu? i dont know much about that kinda stuff.
