Need a new Graphics Card

Hello i have a a-open i865gm-i with 1 gb ram / 250 gb hard drive / a p4 2.8ghz ht processor my psu is 500 watts and i have a x8 agp slot.Could someone heip me on what Graphics Card i can up grade to from a nvidia fx 256 i would like a 512 but dont no what kind i need .Thank's.

That mainly depends on what kind of PSU you have. If you could post the information on the PSU sticker, it'd be more helpful for us to make an appropriate recommendation. A typical PSU sticker looks like this.

You can use any card upto a 7600GT. The 7600GS recommended previously by supersmashbrada will work fine.

that Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT 512MB DDR2 DVI TV - AGP (7125160402) will work in u're PC but u have not given any details on the PSU so no one can tell u if it will function at its potential.

If u can get this Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT 512MB DDR2 DVI TV - AGP , well get it, it will run on that psu. I am not going to say how long the psu will run.
