Need advice on buying a flat screen lcd monitor...Please help

    Hello guys.
    Ok so i am having a tough time deciding on which/ what spec i should get for a flat screen monitor.

    I use the computer mainly for film viewings and photos. the other stuff aswell like the internet and games sometimes but not much. I need to know what to look for.

    I was thinking of getting one with 1280x1024, 700:1 contrast, 75hz, response time of 12ms. The model is an iiyama. the main reason for getting one is actually lack of space. So do i get one thats great in one area or good in many?

    I'm pretty much stuck on what is best. Any help would be very good.

    Go ahead and get one, for what you're wanting to do there is no limitation whatsoever within the specs you stated.
