Need help finding software for my network controller.

  1. While i was messing around inside the case, the network controller got pulled out of its slot. So I pushed it back in. When I restared the computer I get a message saying "digital line detection has stopped working" and a prompt that tells me I have to install software for my new device(the network controller).
    I'm assuming the network controller isnt working because of this. Where can I find this software? I put in my drivers cd, and tried downloading one of the dell webpage, but that wasnt it either. Here is my pc manual.

    It's a wireles connection by the way.

    pull card out look up card info
    machine info does not show the nic pci wireless you have???
    you may not need to find newer drivers let OS search for the right drivers or reload them
    very hard to pull those out when screwed in may have damaged something

    When i type in the numbers on google it says it is the fax modem. oops.

    The picture in posts 3 and 4 is a modem.

    The picture in post 5 is way too blurred to make out properly.

    Well the thing in that blurry picture has a plug where the wireless antenna goes into.

    anyway.. I just plugged them both back in. and now it works again. thanks anyway guys.

    The one in the blurry picture was your wireless network card then.

    I got back late I failed
    at least ya got it running again
    now some photoshop tips
