Need help getting into safe mode

You should already have most of your programmes on either cd or dvd. Any you don`t have will need to be downloaded and reinstalled, if you got them off of the net. Your photos/music etc will need to be burned to either cd or dvd.

When you run the recovery and I`m not sure about this, as I`ve always had a Windows cd. There may be an option to repair. If so, that`s the one you should choose. Otherwise it`ll reset everything to like when you first got the computer.

Take a look HERE for instructions on how to perform a standard recovery. Do not choose a destructive recovery, unless you`re prepaired to format your hard drive and lose all your data.

ty but u know whats even worse just tried to do the system recovery and at startup when it says hit f10 i do, then the next screen comes up with a loading bar after that its supposed to take u to the recovery screen but instead gives me an error and tells me to restart the computer
 
I`m sorry, but I don`t really know what to suggest I`m afraid.
