I have tried going to the ATI website to download the latest version to update my graphic card but it still gives me "INF Error - Video driver not found"

If all you are trying to do is to update the drivers for the card, you need to go to IBM's site, find the updates for your specific model laptop, and download the update for graphics card driver. It won't work by going directly to the card manufacturer's site. I'm guessing it's an integrated graphics card so the only way to update the driver is through the IBM site.
