Need help on onimusha3 pc

I need help on onimusha 3...in the mont-saint-michel with sam when i just got there i can't do anything and the warp gate is there but i can't use it...maybe is an texture error or what.
I NEED HELP COZ THE GAME ROX!!!!!!!

I never heard of this game, nor played it, so I would guess maybe your not suppose to use it, and maybe you cna get a guide to help you out.
