Need help reading minidump

This is a fresh install.... and not the first time I'm having this problem...
For the first couple of years I didn't use Windows at all... then I installed W7 64bit and out of nowhere it started crashing... randomly! I reinstalled it a few times but the BSOD kept coming...
A couple of months ago I decided to move to W7 32bit... for no reason honestly, just 'cause you never know and I was up for anything! Once again, the BSOD kept coming...
That makes me think this gotta be a hardware problem... right? However, how come I have never (in 3 and a half years) had a single issue in OSX? Makes no sense!
What about this last Minidump? What does it point to?
Honestly, I'm about to throw in the towel...

I have installed Windows 7 64-bit on several Mac OSx computers without problems. The last minidump points to general Windows instability, that's all... You must not have any yellow exclamation points in the device manager. These must be resolved. They are most commonly resolved by applying ALL Windows 7 updates! Mac OSX and the CPU is 64-bits so you can install Windows 7 64-bit without trouble. Although Windows 32-bit will work too
