Need help setting up SATA RAID

Okay so I bought this whole new system from NEWEGG, like $2400. And I want to try and do a RAID setup, but im clueless on how to do that. This is the specs. im working with:

Mobo: Abit Fata1ity AN8-SLI
CPU: AMD X2 4200+
HDD's: (2) Seagate SATA150 250GB
Video: (2) ASUS GeForce 6800GT's
Mem.: Corsair DDR400 XMS 2GB
etc....

I want to try and put the two sata drives into a RAID, the Abit Mobo has a onboard RAID controller from Nvidia. I dont even know were to start. I Figure maybe's this forum could help me out! :slurp:

Well, opening up the scary thing called the "User Manual" is a good start..

And please try using proper thread titles. We know you all are here for some kind of help. We also know that you actually need this help, so no point in overdoing the exclamation marks.

ok sorry, i figured out how to do it now, but what is a good option to do? RAID 0,1, or 1+0. Which would be ideal for a gamer, seeing as that is why i built this computer. Sorry for being studpid above.
