Need help with a HJT txt file

Need help with a reading of HJT.txt. CPU seems to be a little slow, long boot time. Also Outlook 200 takes forever to download the first message of the day.

Replace that dreadful resource-hogging Symantec/Norton bloatware with the lightweight, free AVG (free.grisoft.com) and free Kerio firewall (from Sunbelt)
