Need help with Bios/FSB

I have a hp zv5000z laptop
amd 64 3000+ cpu
512 mb ram
80 gig hd

Right now the computer is running at 350mhz and I'm trying to change the fsb but I can't find the option. It isn't in the BIOS, or at least I haven't found it, is there any other way to change it or will I just have to flash the BIOS? If I do flash it and something goes wrong, will that cancel my warranty? Please help!! Thanks in advance!

Are u running AMD cool and quite software, this reduces the CPU speed according to computer needs, i havee seen my AMD 64 2800+ running at 800 MHz but not as low as that are u sure it is running at 350 Mhz
