Need help with HJT log file

This file looks to be loaded with a lot of junk and not necessaries to me, but I'm not sure enough to delete them on my own.Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

you look like you have a lot of useless and potentially dangerous programs loaded. TURN OFF instant messanger programs immediately and NEVER use them. Moreover, remove them. Also get rid of Internet explorer toolbars- also dangerous.

Second, get a copy of mike lin's startup control panel and turn off auto-loading programs at startup except for essential programs.

It looks like your system is overrun with norton crap. The only thing that norton makes that is useful is their anti-virus. get rid of the extra bloatware.

run several kinds of anti-trojan horse programs and your anti-virus.
