I am technologically challenged and need to install a firewire/ilink pci card in my Dell Dimension 8250 desktop PC. There appears to be two empty PCI slots but I don't know how to remove the metal covers. They seem to be locked in place by a strip of blue plastic. No screws. Am I supposed to snap (or at least try to) off the plastic?
