Need help with malware & white window in corner of desktop

  1. Hi There,

A few weeks ago I was infected with brastk.exe malware. It was awful! Thanks to this forum, i was able to get rid of it, I thought...

Recently, every time I reboot my computer, a white window pops up in the right-hand corner of my desktop and will not close no matter what I do. It has a red x in the corner but it is not interactive at all. It pops up every time, and i can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've been ignoring it, but I can't see my entire desktop with it open.

I attached a highjack this log from today and a screen shot of how my desktop looks with the white window.

Please let me know if you have any solutions. Thanks so much.

Empty the Recycle Bin by right-clicking the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop, and then clicking Empty Recycle Bin.

I ran the smitfraudfix and got the report, however, on the "host" section of the report there are a bunch of terrible websites or names of websites. This is a community computer and I am afraid that a lot of the website are pornographic that show on the hosts. I have attached the logs and am concerned about what to do next.

I ran the smitfraudfix twice and both times the same long list of the hosts came up. Am i doing something wrong to get rid of these? I want them gone!
