Need help with my HJT log

  1. I don't have any major problems right now but ran HJT and see alot of junk I don't think I need can someone let me know what is ok to delete. Like all the yahool crap and what not.

    You should UNinstall anything to do with YAHOO, AIM, MSN Messenger, and Panicware.
    Stop using Internet Explorer, other than for Windows-updates.
    Go to www.getfirefox.com and you won't need crappy programs like Panicware.
    If you want a really CLEAN and FAST PC, you should UNinstall the biggest heap of junk, Symantec/Norton!
