Need help with shortcuts in mail or IE

  1. Dodge Newcomer, in training

    Can anyone help me? For some reason all the joke e's in my mail will not open. The shortcuts to them , I click on them and IE opens up but , and then says done and its a blank page.
    Also even when I try to go to these pages in IE it still does the samething.
