Need help with these logs i have!!!

I have the logs that u told me to get i already posted them was wondering if someone could look at them also do i still need anti spyware if i downloaded all those programs? If so i have spysweeper and, Do i need all those programs still??

1. Who are you talking to?
2. You need an anti-virus program and at least one good anti-trojan like spybot.
3. Tedster doesn't do HJT logs. (too time consuming)
