need help with video card

I posted this before but I put it in the wrong forum.

I just bought a ATI All-In-Wonder 9600 video card and the tabs & slots don't match up on it. The card has a long tab then a short tab. My computer has a short slot then a long slot. My computer is a 4-5 year old Dell Deimension XPS T550. Is there any way to upgrade my computer so it will fit this card. If not is there a similar card that would fit my computer that someone could recomend. If I would have to get a new card I would still like to have the features, such as being able to use it as a TIVO, being able to hook it up to my tv to watch DVDs, a remote, and video capturing. If it would help the card I have in it right now is a 32MB Diamond Viper 770D NVIDia *Ultra* Graphics card that came installed when I bought the computer.

Sounds like you're trying to use 4x/8x AGP card with a 1x/2x AGP bus, that's not going to work. I don't know other cards at that speed range that would have the same features, but older All-in-Wonders like 128 Pro could fit the computer, probably.
